Arranged to come and service my boiler, fitted a new thermostat and fixed a leaking external pipe. The following day the boiler started losing pressure and I noticed a leak. I contacted Steve who said he would return to rectify the issue a few days later. He never arrived. I text him again and he said he would again return. Since then he has not responded to any of my texts asking when he would be coming for the last 2 weeks. I am now left out of pocket, a leaking boiler and watermarks to my living room ceiling from where the boiler continues to slowly leak and will need redecorating DO NOT USE THIS TRADES MAN

Lib took the trouble to show me the work done, check each radiator with me and explain how the controls worked.
