I placed an advert for central heating leak detection service and received response from Wayne. His initial phone communication were good and the reviews in this site was also much better. He was on time for the quotation in fact he arrived 5 minutes early but waited in his van to show up right on time. He is professional and knowledgeable and I chose him for the job. Throughout the job he advised on best practice and gave me a choice to decide on pipe layouts. He treated the materials gently and the walls carefully. Throughout the job he showed professional quality and no frustration when situation gets tough. There were complex pipe works in tight corners and he handled it well. He cleaned the work area frequently to prevent dirt and dust getting out. In short he is on time for his work, responds to his emails and phone calls, very professional and I recommend him. Wayne even reached out after the completion of the job to check everything is okay.

Martin did a great job, he was very polite, always helpful and explained everything in detail, he even agreed to do some extra work! [the wife loved the kitchen entrance!]. His assistance was also very professional and they completed the job in the time he specified. His price was very reasonable and he used good quality material. i will def call him up again if anything else is needed, thank you martin for making this home warm !!! ... we love the new radiators!

Very disappointing experience!!! The engineer diagnosed my boiler and told me the pump needed replacing. I paid in total £230 for the pump and installation, and was told the issue would be sorted. Unfortunately, the boiler started showing the same F14 fault again almost immediately after the repair. Since then, the problem has become worse and the boiler keeps locking out. I repeatedly contacted him and was told he would come back to resolve it, but he kept changing his mind about when he would come or simply didn’t follow through on the times he promised. It’s extremely frustrating to pay for a repair that doesn’t fix the issue and then struggle to get the engineer to return as promised. At this point I’ve spent money and still don’t have a working boiler. I do not recommend this service!!!!

Bekim is diligence personified. His communication beginning to end was amazing. Upon arrival he was very respectful and courteous. He carried out the work (removing a bedroom radiator and capping the pipes) to an amazing standard. He also found a split pipe underneath the floorboards and swiftly identified a solution Once completed he left his work area as it was found. In conclusion Bekim is brilliant, his pricing and flexible availability would be suitable for anyone. I will definitely be calling him again for further work, you should too!

Charles came and replaced a radiator for us, so polite, clean and tidy. Did a great job and offered to fit it and then come back the next day to re attach to the wall on his own time so we could finish painting the walls, also supplied the radiator cheaper than I could find. Won’t hesitate to use him again definitely!
