The work required replacement of an existing concealed concentric shower valve in the bathroom. Xjavier explained the replacement options and difficulties with the current layout in particular the future maintenance should there be another breakdown. I was shown many examples of allied plumbing workmanship and excellent finishing. Xjavier also gave examples of the new shower type. The work including replacement of tiles and full reinstatement and use of the new but now exposed luxury mixer shower was completed the following day with little rest and completely tidily. Everything was cleared away as if there had not been a visit. I could not have wished for more. Xjavier is very knowledgeable, well mannered and a credit to his plumbing and heating profession. There would be no hesitation to seek his quality services again in the future

We had our radiators replaced for vertical designer radiators. Sandeep did a great job and we will definitely be using his services again. He is reliable, friendly, professional and honest. He was the only plumber that informed us that our warranty would no longer be covered if we replaced our radiators and that the walls would need to be filled in order to prevent them from falling (we live in a new build). They worked well together, were enthusiastic, were receptive to feedback and took efforts to rectify anything (however minor) we spotted. Though the scope of work only involved flooring and skirting, once they were finished they helped with putting back appliances, rails, sliding wardrobe doors and other furniture which had been previously moved to enable the flooring to be laid.
