Brilliant chap, came in did a clean job explained a few bits of the system I was unaware of. Would recommend to anyone needing a a central heating expert who won't overcharge. We found him 50% cheaper than other quotes and he actually showed how easy the job was and the correct way to install without doing the usual "it's too complicated to explain"

unreliable sent email on the day saying hospital appointment never phoned or text I never read email on morning waited in all morning , I sent email asking if he could come sunday or later ON THE DAY day never responded this appointmenmts was arranged weeks ago boiler needed service before Monday as this is the anniversary date of fitted because this was not done and is to late now to get some one out our guarantee is now not valid as we needed to get the service before the 12 month fitting date to sum up the whole service …………….. to sum up unreliable poor communication , chose over other boiler service complanys please think twice also if you need to get a boiler service to keep guarantee don't rely on this company never even phoned on the day an email not every one checks emails daily no doubt you will come back with an answer however today is Sunday 12,40pm appointment was for Saturday 10.00AM DISAPOINTED AND LET DOWN

After a few weeks of struggling to find a reliable plumber to sort my leaking stopcock I came across Eamonn. Eamonn provided an exemplary service. I could not fault him at all. He arrived exactly on time, was very professional and courteous. He completed the job just as described, cleaned up any mess created and even went out of his way to future proof the work by extending the new pipework to a more accessible position.
