Daniel was able to come and mend the faulty radiator valve within a few days . He arrived exactly at the time agree and was very pleasant - even removed his shoes before entering. He wasted no time getting on with the job which took about 25 minutes. I asked him if he would be able to look at our dripping outdoor tap while he was with us which he did and mended that too. He was very knowledgable and professional, we will definitely use him again and recommend him to others. No mess, every trace of him being there was removed, he was excellent.

These were jobs I had been putting off for ages, dreading having to "get a plumber in" so... After much research, drawing up a list I ended up speaking to Jack, he popped in the next day to look at the work to be done, quickly emailed a reasonable quote and we agreed a day. On the day he just quietly got on with the work, tidying up after himself, expertly maneuvering around the dogs and I now have a lovely new radiator, fantastic pipes in the utility room, as Eric Morecombe would say about Ernies hair " you can hardly see the join!"
