New boiler installed in the timescale they told us about with minimal disruption. Old boiler vent bricked up with stone from our garden which matched the house so it looks less visible. Old boiler removed removed after several days as it was old and very heavy but they couldn't have known they'd not be able to lift from initial inspection.
