Danny and his team at Clear Property Management SE Ltd recently completed the plumbing on our extension. We can not fault the excellent service that they provided us. CPM were best in their field from design/layout right through to final fix. The team were extremely professional and tidy at every stage of the install. We had a new boiler installed, extended pipe work for new radiators, moved the bathroom from the back of the house to the front, had a new en-suite, new cloakroom and had underfloor heating installed. We were extremely pleased with the level of detail and attention that the guys had and could not be happier with the outcome of our home. He was incredibly professional, quoted us accurately, completed the job in a very timely manner and left our new house tidy and clean. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST The job was relatively straight forward. Reattach a radiator to a wall. The radiator was fully working and just needed to be re-attached. Andrew has left a hugh whole in the wall. I don't understand why he did this and offered no remedy. I have before and after pics which proves he put the whole in the wall. He also agreed to reattach a curtain rail. He did a terrible job. I have before and after pics. Do not use him at all cost. He is a cowboy. I should have made sure to stay in the flat with but did not. I called him to for explanation and remedy, instead he got angry, shouting at me then put the phone down. DO NOT USE HIM AT ALL COST Can't see myself using My Builder again after this first bad experience .

The job went very well. The engineer checked the boiler thoroughly and rectified several faults inside the boiler. The boiler was restored to full working order and it now functions efficiently.
