Initially told me he could complete radiator fit w/c 24th August, so I accepted his quote. He couldn’t actually do it until first week of September - by which time I was back at work and could only be home by 4:30. Martyn finally came on Friday 4th Sept. He arrived without a full kit of parts, then got annoyed when he diagnosed that my radiator needed an extra joint to attach it securely to the existing pipe work. Unfortunately this was a joint which he “just used the last of on the previous job”. He said it was too late to go to the shops to get the pipe joint now so he would be back another time to complete the job... Never saw him again. Really poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Daniel was able to come and mend the faulty radiator valve within a few days . He arrived exactly at the time agree and was very pleasant - even removed his shoes before entering. He wasted no time getting on with the job which took about 25 minutes. I asked him if he would be able to look at our dripping outdoor tap while he was with us which he did and mended that too. When hired to do the toilet leak after flushing repair, they came the same day. The repair took two days, but the toilet leak was fixed. A week later, the toilet starts leaking again after flushing. Requested to be investigated, which they agreed. Then the plumber kept postponing the appointment, many times at the last second because he had to do other jobs. This lasted three weeks. As the plumber always said he would be coming the next day, the feedback is negative.
