Ali was fantastic from start to finish. Really friendly, approachable, and easy to communicate with. He took the time to clearly explain what could be done, what couldn’t, and where there were different options, which I really appreciated. The price he gave was very reasonable, and the quality of the work exceeded my expectations. He completed everything in one day, including installing a dual thermostatic shower, fitting a bidet, putting up a shower screen, and installing an RO filter under my kitchen sink. Everything was done professionally and efficiently, and I’m genuinely very happy with the result. He was also able to fit me in quickly, just a few days after I first got in touch. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ali and will definitely be using him again in the future. Thanks again, really appreciate the great work!

In general, I don't usually leave reviews but on this occasion, feel Mr Ghaffar deserves praise and recognition for his effort and work (I hired him based on reviews from previous customers) Mr Ghaffar has outstanding professionalism, great customer service skills, competitively priced, well-mannered, knowledgeable and skilled. He arrived promptly, organised and prepared for the jobs. He took great pride in his work and completed both jobs on the same day. Mr Ghaffar informed me about all tasks being carried out and was able to come up with a solution when we faced a problem with the new radiator. I wouldn't write a review normally but I feel others should be aware of this. I was wary due to reviews saying he was slow and didn't appear to know what he was talking about. I like to give people the benefit of the doubt so accepted the quote and paid the 40% deposit. A bathroom electric radiator fit, involving some chasing of wiring into the wall and a certificate on completion was estimated to take 1-2 days. After 3 separate visits (2.5 days), it was made clear to me that the equipment required to test the circuit (to give certification) needed calibration and would need sending away, there was no time frame given for the return. I had a radiator on the wall, wiring chased, but nothing connected. I followed up twice calls and a text (1st after 2 weeks, then 2 weeks after that) to get a clearer time for a return to finish the job. After the final text message I received nothing for 3 weeks, at this point I could only guess he had abandoned the job. I heard from Donald out of the blue 53 days after the job had started, that he could return to finish. By this time I had had an entire kitchen fitted and the electrician on site finished Donald's work. Completely unprofessional, AVOID.

Danny installed two large traditional column radiators for me. He did a terrific job and suggested some great ideas to overcome a couple of challenges with one of the timber walls where the radiator was to go. He also went above and beyond the original remit to move some pipework (which we thought we'd already addressed) without hiking the overall price by much at all. Danny's quote was very reasonable and competitive. He worked tirelessly, and longer than expected - even with his first child being born the next day. He's really friendly, professional, neat and thoughtful. I would not hesitate in recommending him and I've already asked him to do the next job.
