The tradesman knowingly requested payment for a job that was not completed and attempted to conceal this by falsely claiming the tenant had refused access — a blatant lie. This deliberate misrepresentation not only shows a lack of integrity but also raises serious concerns about trustworthiness and professional standards. would have given " - 5" if that was an option.
