Pleasantly surprised to find Lee offered to install a new boiler 1 day earlier than planned, which suited me because I needed it urgently after going without hot water for days! It was then fitted in 8 hours flat which was done very efficiently, and over 3 weeks hence, the boiler is functioning perfectly. Old boiler was collected soon after and no mess was created. We had an air conditioning system with air to air outside heat pump installed in our home. The planning and quoting process was very smooth and the company were able to provide us with a quotation from photos they requested and room sizes. On the day it was installed the team were very nice and also efficient. They were also very tidy. After the system had been installed and tested, we were given a very thorough demonstration of all of the systems various functions. They also set up app for control from our mobile phones and Alexa. The system is running great and is providing very cheap cooling and heating. We also have solar panels which means on sunny days we are getting free cooling and heating.

After the initial fix, the job turned out to be more complicated than expected, but they were happy to come back again and resolve the issues. An insurance claim was necessary but they were also very helpful with providing the information required to get that process moving. Very professional.
