I highly recommend Vikash. I found him to be both very professional and very friendly. Appreciated also was the fact that he brought floor protectors for his shoes which I've never known before. Fair pricing and an honest attitude meant that my problem was identified very quickly, and being very flexible, able to agree another time to come back after part delivery and complete the fix. Receipts also provided for services / parts ordered and no pressuring to pay cash which is always nice. I will definitely use Vikash again.

Zoltan contacted us to do a site visit after discussions via email. He and his colleague Steve arrived on time (we were travelling from Glasgow), explained in detail what they could do and quoted us (which was in our price range). We wanted wet walls instead of tiles to which a swatch of samples was produced by Steve as we chatted. Work was confirmed to start 14th July and would take approximately 3-4 days. Zoltan text us to say they had started work and my partner travelled up on the last day of job to see how it was shaping. We are both delighted with the communication, quality and standard of work was excellent. Hard working and pleasant people who deliver what they promise. We have now asked them to quote now for installing a wood burning stove as they do this too. Totally recommend them.

Bad experience and unacceptable service so cannot recommend. Aiden was employed to fit a new kitchen sink waste pipe and a new gas feed pipe for a range cooker which went smoothly. He came back a second time to connect the new gas feed to a new range cooker. At this point I asked for a receipt for the work which he told be he would be happy to do. The cooker was pushed into position and few days later I noticed a smell of gas. The cooker had not been used in this time. Obviously I contacted Aiden immediately expecting him to repair it, however he informed me that it wasn't his fault, it was my fault for the connection coming loose because I moved the cooker into position, so he would charge me again for coming to fix it. At this point I declined his offer and again asked for the final receipt as well as his gas safe registration number, which again he said he would be happy to give to me. I have since employed an actual gas engineer to repair the leak who told me it was leaking at both ends of the connection and that it had incorrectly fitted. He also told me that a gas cooker should be able to be moved in and out without the connection coming loose. Aiden has decided not to respond to any of my messages since and has still not sent me a receipt or his gas registration number so I can only assume he doesn't have one. I could overlook the mistake with the connection but unfortunately due to his behaviour I had to leave this review.

Whilst redecorating, I noticed my boiler had lost a bit of pressure, I contacted Ben’s services through a recommendation, he arrived promptly and spent considerable time and attention in locating a leak on my heating system which he subsequently fixed leak which resolved the matter. I then enquired about having a radiator fitted into my newly built extension, several weeks later Ben attended and installed a brand new radiator and pipework to said radiator. I was impressed with his attention to detail and workmanship. He had given me a free and fair quotation and stuck to his word, he kept me informed through out and I would not hesitate to recommend Ben for your plumbing needs

I needed a new boiler fitting. Kyle came round and gave a clear quotation, explaining where fluctuations may occur based on my property. He also explained the different choices of boilers and thermostats we could have, explaining pros and cons. The job was done in the time originally specified to a very high standard. Any other areas of the house that were affected have been neatly tidied. Kyle was always polite and was very respectful when we were in the house at the same time.

DJ was a very approachable individual. He was booked in to carry out some works which was initially to replace handles on toilets. He then made a recommendation to improve current situation. Went ahead with it and replaced 3 cistern tanks with push fits on them. Its been working great without any faults and he added an access panel. 100% certified and great workmanship

PR Heating & Plumbing were recommended to us by a friend so we made contact for their chap to arrange a visit, a gentlemen called Paul Rodgers came around and gave us a reasonable quote and more importantly, some good advice on which options were best for us and our property. We very soon decided to commission Paul to install a boiler in September 2012. While working in our property he was clean tidy polite and very friendly. To start with Alexander actually fitted a shower in my Mums bathroom. We were going through a bit of a difficult time as we'd just lost my Dad. I must say Alexander was absolutely brilliant with her. So we then hired him to replace our combi boiler. He's reliable, clean and tidy. He's very methodical when he's working, the quality he delivers it excellent. He's very sure of what he's doing. Alexander is a lovely man, easy to talk to and get on with. I'd use him again and recommend him to anyone, he's well worth employing.
