I am extremely pleased with the work Jim carried out for me. It started with Jim generously offering to remove my old radiator off so my partner could paint before putting the new one , which he offered to do free of charge which is very rare these days, I was over the moon being just before Christmas. I then asked for a quote for how much to fit a sink and new radiator which was a reasonable price which again I was happy , he did a great job and I’m very pleased with The outcome . He was very clean and tidy with his work, polite manner and very friendly. I would highly recommend A&J property services and will certainly use them again in the future.

Had a great experience with Matthew, he decommissioned an older bathroom, and installed a new bathroom in its place. Completing all the plumbing and also installing wall panels and new flooring. Matthew was very professional, great communicating every step of the process and asking what I wanted, which was needed as it was for a rental property. He was also very neat and tidy. Would definitely recommend him.

Adam came to fix a few issues with my boiler and I can honestly say I’m so glad I chose him. He arrived on time, was extremely polite and made me feel comfortable. The problem was diagnosed quickly. He installed a temporary pcb to keep my boiler going, then ordered a new pcb and replaced it. Overall, had a very good experience and strongly recommend Adam’s service.

I was arranging with Rich to have my hive installation, and my boiler system broke down. When I contacted Rich, he made every effort to visit at the earliest opportunity to ensure my heating and hot water were back online as soon as possible. Rich is a very competent and very good engineer he was very clear of the work required and very attentive to the task at hand. I am so grateful to Kaci, he called out to my property in the early evening to view the job, took detailed photographs and we had discussions about the job, what was needed, price and start date. Kaci turned up on time, fixed the leak and completed all the repairs within three days.
