Shaun is a great tradesman and person to have working in your home. He has just competed a full bathroom renovation and he’s done a spectacular job, it’s a really high quality finish and I love it. I have to say the reviews are spot on.. Shaun was happy to answer all of my (many) questions, and gave advice on how to achieve the finish I wanted in the most sensible way without compromising on style - the choice is of course always yours and he’ll always work to try and make what you want happen, but 9 times out of 10 I ended up following his suggestion on things. 10/10 would recommend!

I had a terrible bathroom renovation, where it was necessary for a large part of the work had to be redone. Greg removed the tiled floor, sink, toilet and shower tray. He found mistakes in all these areas. It was because of his findings. I decided to have a bath put back in. If you need a bathroom installation with a person who actually knows what they are doing, then I would recommend Greg. Had a leaking toilet, twice it was seen by others. They did not want to touch it. Greg has fixed the toilet. I will be contacting Raven Plumbing and Heating Solutions, when I having plumbing issues in the future

Mr Negri arrived on time and set about work immediately he was professional , I helped with the positioning and very happy with the overall work. Mr Negris started refilling the radiators , switched on the system and the pressure needle started to flicker over the 1 bar, I was told by Mr Negris that this happens , he then quickly switched off the boiler and said there was no need to keep it running as the heating was working. He then very hurridly packed the rest of his tools , unfortunately a neighbour had blocked his van in , he became increasingly agitated and verbally aggressive. I paid him feeling very uncomfortable, he continued swearing and ranting with neighbour . Later on I wanted to check the heating I noticed the pressure needle was on the 3rd bar, I bled the bathroom radiator as Mr Negris had not, there was a lot of air , I then ran the system , the needle rose to to full pressure there was a loud hiss of air coming from outside and then the needle dropped, water was dripping from the outlet pipe and still is . I messaged Mr Negris , explained I have had no issues with the boiler before , I wanted him to fix the issues and gave him 3 days. I have been accused of being a bully wanting a freebie and wasting his time. Mr Negris after care is a lot to be desired and I would not recommend using him to anyone . It has left me very aggrieved and cautious of using this site. I am left with a boiler with high pressure and a leaking outlet pipe. costing me more to rectify.

The best tradesperson I have ever used! Ahmed was quick to contact me on the back of the enquiry, made time to come at very short notice to fix my lack of heating due to a hive thermostat issue. I paid R. G. Maintenance £435 in August 2024 to repair/reinstall a toilet after British Gas engineer had declined to deal with a leak, stating that the toilet had been incorrectly installed and gave me details to resolve - secure the toilet and pan connector. After my tenant moved out in November, I discovered that the pan connector was still leaking when the toilet was flushed and dripped even when it wasn't being used. I contacted R. G. Maintenance through MyBuilder on 20 November 2024, explained the problem and asked for his help. I received no response. When British Gas subsequently attended, their plumber told me that the reinstallation work had not been carried out. The underlying problem had not been resolved. I have recently started using MyBuilder again and felt it was appropriate to record my experience. Having paid £435 for the original work, I expected the problem to be properly resolved and, when I raised the issue afterwards, I expected at least a response.

Initially told me he could complete radiator fit w/c 24th August, so I accepted his quote. He couldn’t actually do it until first week of September - by which time I was back at work and could only be home by 4:30. Martyn finally came on Friday 4th Sept. He arrived without a full kit of parts, then got annoyed when he diagnosed that my radiator needed an extra joint to attach it securely to the existing pipe work. Unfortunately this was a joint which he “just used the last of on the previous job”. He said it was too late to go to the shops to get the pipe joint now so he would be back another time to complete the job... Never saw him again. Really poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

I was looking for a new boiler to replace an old one and had previously got a quote from a well know company which was unsatisfactory . I then got a quote from Mark which i found his knowledge and expertise great and a lot better than the big companies representative. The works were carried out to a high standard and i was kept informed of the progress of the works. When there was a problem i was made aware straight away and the options given to me on what was the best way forward. Overall Marks professionalism and works was of a high standard.
