So while waiting for Centrica to call me back l asked if he was able to service my boiler and he did at reasonable price in comparison with other price l have been quoted. Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!

The remit of this job massively extended beyond the initial plumbing and heating due to my partner and I deciding we wanted to do more work on our flat (and the fact that Lucasz was so good at what he does we just kept giving him more and more jobs!). In the end Lucasz pretty much completely renovated my 2 bedroom Victorian flat from scratch. The number of jobs that were undertaken are too extensive to list here so I have summarised the key ones below; Removal of old heating system and implementation of new combi boiler and 5 radiators (boiler flue in new position) Fitting of two new bathrooms (1 in a location which didn't previously have a bathroom or plumbing) including tiling, extractor fans, heated towel rails, underfloor heating and painting Removal of old kitchen and fitting of entirely new kitchen in a new location thus requiring plumbing (and tiling) Knocking down of internal walls Building internal walls Plastering throughout 2 bed flat Skirting boards throughout 5 new doors hung and door frames added (including a front door with locks) New RCD unit Installing downlighters And much much much more... I cannot express how happy we are with the work that Lucasz did on our flat - the end result is brilliant. All the way through the building work Lucasz was polite, friendly, on time, honest, and hard working. I couldn't say one bad word against him and would most definitely recommend him to anyone considering have any work undertaken on their property.
