Pleasant guy arrived on time and replaced a part (not entirely sure it was needed but paid for it). The boiler still did not work properly. He returned but did not fix the issue. Payment was requested and he suggested I get it looked by someone else under the warranty! Disappointing!!

Jake carried out the plumbing works at my property in Chard and I genuinely couldn’t fault him from start to finish He turned up exactly when he said he would, every time, which already puts him ahead of most. The standard of his work is top tier everything done properly, no shortcuts, and you can tell he takes real pride in what he does. On top of that, his pricing was very fair compared to other quotes I received Jake worked hard throughout, stayed professional, polite, and easy to deal with the whole way through. It’s rare to find someone this reliable and consistent I honestly wish all trades were like him. Completely trustworthy, solid workmanship, and just gets the job done without any hassle Tried getting him to travel to Kent for another project but unfortunately too far which says everything about how highly I rate him.
