10 out of 10 service. I found Daren on MyBuilder after my usual Plumber had identified the issue, but due to personal issues was not able to complete. Daren gave an honest quote which was bang of my regular plumber had said I should be paying for the job, infact it was little less than the maximum he said I should be paying for the job. NB: Other quotes from highly rated people on My Builder came anywhere between £100 and £300 more. Terry came and fixed the gas pipe in my kitchen yesterday which had been contributing to the larger problem he identified on his first visit. I found him, as before, scrupulous and brilliant at fixing the problem. He noticed another small problem with my boiler so I suspect I will be asking him to come again sooner rather than later. I would recommend him to anyone (though hopefully he'll still be available if I need to call him!)

Really nice genuine guy. I posted a job up in the morning and Jonathan immediately responded with his hourly rate (which is always appreciated so you don't have to shortlist before finding out how expensive they are!) and I shortlisted him and within minutes he rang to arrange to come and fix the boiler. He arrived within an hour and half, made the boiler safe by turning off the gas and stated investigating. He was honest all along the way, trying to save me money where possible. He managed to find the fault quite quickly and took the time to explain and show me what was wrong with it. He then rang up the store to make sure A) the had the part in stock so there wasn't a wasted journey and B) find the price so he could tell me the price of the part so there were no suprises. He was always very friendly, polite and explained the issues well to me, replaced went and got the relevant part and replaced it. From a boiler not working in the morning to a fixed boiler in the afternoon, great job! Would definitely recommend and will use Jonathan again for any plumbing/heating needs.
