Not only was the cooker disconnected and made safe (by taking the supply outside, better than I expected) but new copper pipe installed to make it possible to have the kitchen layout I have planned. Meeting Tom I understood quickly I was dealing with the best possible plumber! Tom is very experienced in plumbing and heating, it took him half minute to understand what the issue with my oil boiler was and was clear in explaining the issue and options to repair. Tired of some funny individuals who can't even distinguish washing machine from a dishwasher, it was really refreshing having Tom taking care of the problem. It took him less than 24 hrs to get to me with estimate and replacement parts availability, again so professional compared to very many I had to chase, for other repairs in the house. You want the best plumber, stick to Tom! This review is related to a 30 yrs old defective oil boiler living on borrowed time...Happy summer to all!
