Brilliant response with minimum disruption to the tenant, which was very important. Documentation quickly supplied and not problems so far with the installation. The job was carried out efficiently by Kwizie who was also polite, kind and honest, he spotted the issue straight away as my electric boiler stopped heating up the water. Thank you again kwizie! PS: However, The company is not one of the best, a bit pricey as he did the job only for 1 hr changing only the fuse and checked if was working properly.

We hired HMB Solar to relocate our air conditioning unit, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The unit was installed far too low — around 6 feet from the ground — and was visibly uneven (about 2cm lower on one side). When we raised these issues, the installer came to check the work in person, admitted there was a problem, and promised to return the following week to fix it. He never showed up. After that, he completely ignored all our calls and messages. The only time he responded was when we called him from a different number — and even then, he asked for more money to correct his own mistakes. We paid promptly and expected a professional job. Instead, we were left with substandard work, no accountability, and extremely poor communication. We don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews, but we feel others should be warned. Not recommended.
