The job consisted of removal for a Rad and installation of bidet shower onto the front panel of a concealed toilet cistern. A leak was discovered behind the wall, which took Upendra approx 1.5 days to locate and fix. He came across very unsure and hesitant whilst trying to fix the leak which raised a few red flags regarding his expertise and skills. The bidet I ordered after Upendra's approval turned out be unsuitable for my toilet, another indication of Upendra's inexperience. He asked for extra money for fixing the leak, which was fair enough but demanding compensation equivalent to a full day he took to fix a very trivial problem seemed like a ridiculous demand. In the end, I decided to part ways with Upendra, and hired a proper trademan who knows what hes doing. Unfortunately would not recommend Upendra for any plumbing related work.

Peter fixed the boiler quickly. While other tradesman said I should replace the boiler (at £3000+ cost), Peter immediately understood the problem and fixed it for £80. He was also able to explain the issue so that even I could understand. All tidy and back to normal now, and boiler works fine. Top marks and would definitely again rely on Peter if another issue crops up.

Initially told me he could complete radiator fit w/c 24th August, so I accepted his quote. He couldn’t actually do it until first week of September - by which time I was back at work and could only be home by 4:30. Martyn finally came on Friday 4th Sept. He arrived without a full kit of parts, then got annoyed when he diagnosed that my radiator needed an extra joint to attach it securely to the existing pipe work. Unfortunately this was a joint which he “just used the last of on the previous job”. He said it was too late to go to the shops to get the pipe joint now so he would be back another time to complete the job... Never saw him again. Really poor service and very unprofessional. I do not recommend.

Aydin came to give me a quote for my kitchen as another fitter had left without finishing. His team fixed everything and now the kitchen looks great. I also asked Aydin to quote for my bathroom renovation at the same time. Two days into the bathroom renovation I was really glad I had chosen them. They were excellent and completed the work to a high standard. Aydin came up with some great suggestions that were better than my original ideas and saved me money. The team were very helpful and courteous, and left things clean and tidy which reduced the stress for me. I have never recommended a builder before but I would certainly recommend Aydin and his team.
