This provider took my money but never attended my property or carried out the work (a report on already completed plumbing works). All he had to do was write a report to say that the repair works were complete. On the day he was due to attend he never let me know he was on his way or that he wanted to come early morning. Then he went to a nearby apartment a few streets away and said he had attempted to come so it was my fault. Then he said he would do the report remotely I must send him pictures, after sending him pictures he said he wanted to visit site so we were back to him making an appointment which of course he really did not want to do. 3 months later no sign of my money or a very simple report that a child could have done. He also has not returned my money (£120). I can now see why he insisted he be paid in advance because he is a time waster with no confidence in his own abilities hence payment in advance, so that when he disappoints the customer he can still get paid.

Billy came to our home to advise on poorly circulating water in our heating system after newly installed radiators. Knowing we had already spent good money on a plumber and news rads, he taught us how to hopefully resolve the issue, and even made a video to help us do it ourselves. He explained we can call him to do it if we don’t feel confident enough. This kind of attitude is very rare, and I’m sure will pay him very well down the line, by putting the customer first!

S B was the first plumber to respond my request to fix a dripping tap in bathroom .Next day he contacted me and he said he would asses the job and give me a price .He was right on time.He gave very reasonable price and started the job. But this was a particularly difficult job because it is about 50 old system with lot of changes of standards and sizes taken place in this long period. But he carried out he job with smile and humility. I will hire him to do another job anytime, first class.
