We had thought about having new floorboards (these are at least 100 years old and were very uneven with huge gaps) but we're glad we didn't, as Ally brought them back to life very well. The price was very good considering the amount of work required.

The two partial days Shaun was working he was reliable and did a good job. Unfortunately we paid him in full as he said he would return to finish the plinths at the top and bottom. After several messages he called to say he would be here on a Saturday a few weeks later. We stayed in for that day only for him not to turn up or even communicate with us. Sadly disappointed 😔 needless to say wont be recommending or using him again.

Stacy was brilliant from the start - he contacted us straight away and was really helpful and informative over the phone with regard to the flooring we wanted. He provided a rough quote and then an exact quote after he had measured up. Stacy supplied all the materials for us and we couldn't be happier with the end result. He fitted floors throughout our whole house (upstairs and downstairs) and they look amazing. We needed the floors fitting during a specific weekend and he made sure that he was available exactly when we needed him. Always available on the phone. Cleaned up after himself. Amazing customer service - even trusted with our house keys. He will definitely be our go-to floorer and we will be recommending him to friends and family.

Really pleased with the work. Excellent communication throughout the whole process, which I really appreciated. The job was not quite as simple as it first looked, but the lads kept on and produced a really good result. Very knowledgeable and passed on good advice. Danny was great, we stupidly bent the trim for our floor by storing it badly. He came back the next evening with stronger adhesive and finished the job. Would recommend. He did he job well and was very reasonable priced.
