I cannot recommend Luke highly enough, he went above and beyond what was asked of him! He was punctual,diligent,thorough and friendly. Nice and polite young man, however although Jamie laid the flooring nicely and quickly, we did hire him to level the floor underneath as we'd had a new extension and the floor was a mess and uneven. We did rely on his expertise and advice, to ensure the best results. Unfortunately to be honest, this proved difficult for Jamie and subsequently the floor is very bouncy in parts, which will no doubt cause problems in the future. Jamie also did not put on the skirting boards as discussed, as apparently his equipment had broken the night before, so another trades person has to finish the job. Overall nice guy just not enough experience!
