Hob was not centred to the extraction fan worktop pattern wasn’t matched. The cut out for the gas hob wasn’t aligned to the pipe which cost me a lot of money to repipe to fix the hob. Worktop was not seal around tiles. Too many mistakes which have cost us money and time. Dust was not cleared, mess everywhere. Worktop needs to be sealed around tiles. Not happy with work at all.

Ovidiu did a really great and professional job for us, just amazing, we build new offices and Ovidiu went out of his way to make sure the job is 100% perfect, he is very reliable and will not try to cut corners, he worked a few days even over time just to make sure that the work is finished, also he is very easy going and communication is great, I would recommend him for anyone who is looking to renovate any interior building work!!!

Beware of this guy, Similar to Alex, I am his most recent victim, wish I would have read his facebook reviews earlier. Never pay him upfront. He would give you a nice quote and take money upfront however it would be all downhill from there. He won’t stick to his committed work timelines, would find constant ways/excuses to keep adding to your quote and take day offs and early finishes delaying your project. You would under mental distress the entire time he works for you as he is extremely manipulative. He may be alright for smaller one/two day projects but wouldn’t recommend him even to my enemy for larger projects. He left my work unfinished even after a delay of around 3/4 weeks and stole £1249 in upfront payments for other projects and has now blocked me. Will be proceeding with small claims court. Please read his other similar reviews on Wrexham notice board. All other reviews here are small jobs. See attached pictures our last conversation along with his attached invoices/payment

Andrew was very quick to contact me and arrange a visit for a quote. He arrived promptly and and sent the quote through by e-mail. We arranged a date for him to start work, he arrived on time and proceeded to the task, stopping only for lunch. Once he was finished he presented the work for me to inspect and I was very happy with the job. Any further work of this type will definitely go his way.

Excellent, I have recently hired George from Mybuilder to provide my liiving room floor with the new look. He come down to see the job before giving me the quote, after seeing the job he gave me the fair price than anybody else on my builder, He is honest, fair and understanding. George and his crew provided an exceptional experience from fitting parquet flooring to completion of work. They are always professional, courteous, and pay paticular attention to the detail. The quality of work was excellent. The job was completed on time. The workers always arrived on time and the job site was always cleaned up at the end of every day. I don't have any problem with them. I would definitely use them again in the future and overall excellent experience. The quality of work was extremely high and I highly recommended George for his Excelent work and fairness.

Florin extended and completely refurbished our 4-bedroom semi-detached house. This included extensive steelwork, underfloor heating, complete re-plumbing and rewiring, excavation, and an entirely new slate roof as well as varying extensions up to three floors high. I cannot say enough good things about his workmanship, professionalism and reliability. His workmanship makes a perfectionist like myself happy. He is also completely professional: even with our difficult neighbours he was always courteous and understanding, and even helped them sort out issues at a moment’s notice that had nothing to do with his building work on our property. And he is also thoroughly reliable. I cannot think of any instance where he committed to something and did not deliver — he even managed to finish all the work on our house ahead of schedule and on budget. We have been so happy with his work that we contracted him to build us a summer house as well, from scratch, and to complete revamping our front garden including elements of hard landscaping. Again he delivered flawlessly and we are very happy with the result. We also continually receive positive comments from people passing by and just seeing the front garden. We have used several other builders in the past on other properties, including far more expensive ones, and none compare to his level of competence, attention to detail in his workmanship, his complete professionalism and thorough reliability. Now that we have found Florin, we will never look for another builder again. I just hope once others experience what he delivers for themselves he will still have some availability for us in the future!
