I had a terrible experience with Terziu Construction on my kitchen renovation: ∙ Kitchen tiles are failing after less than 6 months - cracking and coming off ∙ Washed tools in my bathtub causing plumbing blockage ∙ Left the job site messy ∙ Took the excess floor tiles when he left, despite me paying for all materials ∙ Very argumentative and refused to listen to instructions throughout the project The work quality was unacceptable and his conduct was unprofessional. I now have to pay to redo the tiles. Save yourself the headache and hire someone else.

Possibly the best/ professional trade person we’ve had. Great service from beginning to end and understood the look we wanted to achieve. Egin came to our house to give an accurate quote for the job, which I prefer to just messaging. He and his father arrived on time and let the area clean after each day. The finished floor and was edging has been done to such a high standard and completely changed our living/dining room. Would recommend and use Egin again to varnish the floor when the time comes. Loft Lab provided 2 options to approach this work, and we chose to go with topping up the existing insulation, full loft boarding, a new larger hatch and ladder. The person who did the initial survey and measurements was also involved in the installation process. The space looks transformed and finished to a high standard.

So pleased we found Alex - he fitted a herringbone floor in our hallway and did a stunning job, great attention to detail. Took his time to do it right (unlike a lot of other tradespeople). He gave really good options and advice - even aftercare for the floor to keep it looking perfect. He’s also a super nice guy so thoroughly enjoyed having him around. Would recommend him to anyone for carpentry/floor work. Will hopefully be seeing him again soon for more work :)
