A great Job by Barry from FAB joinery. We had quite a weird request for a recessed screen installation into an old Lath and Plaster ceiling. Barry had a can do attitude and was really accommodating around our other work. He also did a great job on it and kept everything clean and dust free. I would definitely recommend him to anyone else and will be using him again in the future.

Stuart was friendly, knowledgeable, and did a fantastic job fitting our new engineered wood floors. He was always happy to offer advice, and when we realised all of our doors needed trimming to fit the new carpets, he gladly took on that job for us too saving us a lot of hassle. He also gave us great tips on maintaining the floor, and overall he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend him!

Stephen has ruined our property by doing a bad job with the 40m2 of engineered wood flooring job we hired him for. At first he really seemed polite and that he knew what he was doing and this caused us to trust him finishing the job when we were on holiday. We came back to a floor that wasn't glued down properly, creaking and lifting in places. But worst of all is that the amount of levelling screed he poured on our upstairs amounts to 1100kg (44 bags). We have been told by independent sources that this could affect the structure of our house and that it needs to be removed. So now we have a huge job to remove the flooring and screed (properly causing damage to the flooring). Stephen said at first he would come back to rectify but he has since went AWOL and is ignoring our messages. It will cost us thousands to rectify so we will be seeking to claim back out of pocket costs from him via court. On top of this he isn't insured (yes mybuilder allow this). AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I am very very happy with Stuart Vallenynes excellent work. He was also very friendly and accommodating and built a wooden path gate which I love and also replaced and concreted in two new posts. Originally it was just for one but I asked if he could replace both. As he only had one as I requested, he kindly went into town to acquire another one. I am also very happy with Stuarts pricing. I shall not hesitate to ask him back when more work becomes available.
