5 stars, if I could go above 5 stars I would have. 2 Fitters arrived on the next working day and completed the job within the day and fitted a new extractor fan too - very happy. The following day, they fitted a new kitchen makeover to a very high standard, they purchased and collected everything including to install a new floor (after fitting price agreed). Junio and Elio worked very hard for 4 days and fitted a new kitchen (I only dreamed of for the last 10 years). They were friendly, polite, nothing was too much trouble - highly recommended. Really disappointed with the work completed by James. He failed to adequately prepare or level an open plan floor before he laid my laminate. He laid the floor3 times but each time the flooring was splitting due to not being on a level or solid base. He also failed to prepare my bathroom floor in the same way which has resulted in both floors being removed and re-installed by another contractor. He has promised to reimburse me for this and a roof he fitted for me which was installed around a year ago with 18 installation errors and has caused my kitchen ceiling to fall through from the rain water. The roof has had to be completely removed and reinstalled by a qualified roofer. I’m around £10k out of pocket because of the bad workmanship and have not yet received a penny from James as promised. DO NOT HIRE!!
