We have bought new house before Christmas from the REDROW, we have chosen the fantastic flooring Ltd after we met seven floor companies, as my daughter love a modern wooden stairs rather than covered by carpet, but no one can provide a good idea for us until we met Adam from the fantastic flooring. Adam is the best expert for the floor design we never met before, my daughter loved his design specially for the stairs. Adam has arranged with his professional team for our floor job as priority, all team work perfectly from start till completion.They have done very well with every step till final cleaning . Adma as a boss to communicate with us every day explaining and planning next day job, we felt so confident with them. Adam has done the amazing stairs himself even he came on the weekend, he did a great job with his special skills, it’s exactly we expected even more better! Bathroom door and frame replacement. Covering open space, plastering. Stephan responded promptly to the messages, he was polite and talked through the jobs he was doing. He did an excellent plastering job but we had a few hiccups with the door replacement job and at this point, I can't say I am pleased with the result. I have to be honest - it could have been better. I wish I could say that the job was carried out to a high standard but I can't. Overall I would recommend him as a plasterer.

I have always got along with all my previous customers, with many people returning for future work. I always respect your home as if it where my own.I am happy working alone or as group,i have many sub-contractors to hand if needed. Gas safe plumber NICEIC electrician I find it very easy to organise any other trades. Also i can project manage any job of any size which takes the stress away from your selfs. I have good communication skills with all trades and all clients which have hired me in the past. I have always done my job properly and i am proud of the work i have done in the last 23 years. And proud that many clients have had me back to do moor work.I do not cut corners believing that if a job is worth doing then it should be done properly.At the same time keeping my prices fair.

We were really happy with Colin's work, he laid tile floor, laminate floor and fitted a kitchen and utility for us. The work was done to a very high standard with no corners cut and good common sense decisions made, giving us lots of feedback and options as to how we would like things done. Colin was very friendly and professional to work with and we would definitely recommend him, he clearly takes great care in what he does and has a passion for it.

I recently had two built-in wardrobes installed and, unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. While I paid the deposit as invoiced, it was already a struggle to get the installation scheduled and completed. Once the job was finished, I paid the remaining balance in full. However, within just a few days, issues began to appear. One of the internal drawers does not function properly, there are visible gaps between the wardrobe and the wall, and the silicone applied has already come apart. Additionally, the wardrobe doors are not aligned when closed, the mirrored doors stick out noticeably compared to the others, which affects both the appearance and finish. It has now been three weeks since I raised these concerns, and I’ve been told there is no availability to return and fix the problems. This is particularly frustrating given that the work has been fully paid for. Overall, I am very disappointed with both the quality of the workmanship and the lack of aftercare.

Chris and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. He responded to my post quickly, met with me to provide a quote within a couple of days, and was competitively priced compared to others I spoke with. He was un-phased by a last min complication, which meant he and Harvey ended up having to lay nearly 12’000 individual bamboo parquet tiles in a herringbone pattern, rather than the standard planks we had expected. Not only did they breeze the extra work while all my other insurance contractors were moaning and fussing about it, but the finished floor looks absolutely stunning, right down to the placement of the tiles to flow seamlessly between the rooms in the apartment. They arrived on time, worked incredibly hard, always responded to calls and messages, and put themselves out to work around me and my daughter when needed. I cannot recommend Chris, and Ignis Flooring, highly enough. Thank you again, Chris and Harvey, for all your amazing work and professionalism in a really challenging situation.
