Kestutis was an absolute pleasure from the very moment of initial contact. I posted the job which included relaying some flooring and fitting door bars early afternoon, then by 6pm Kestutis agreed to come the following day. I needed the work done as a matter of urgency, so was realived at him being able to work around my late notice request. His rates were extremely reasonable, whilst not compromising on skill, professionalism and quality of the job. Seems to be of a rare breed of worker than doesn't mind working hard and realishes in exceeding expectations. I would highly recommend to anyone interested, Kestutis be a definite look for your future work! Will definitely be in touch with him, for any future jobs.

Vladimir did an amazing job - laying whitewashed engineered oak flooring throughout my flat with lots of tricky weird shaped rooms, cutting down doorways, doors, in-built cupboards etc and skirting throughout. Absolute perfection and I would wholeheartedly recommend Vlad - I was delighted with the work he did, he is extremely skilled and also very hardworking, trustworthy and reliable, and a lovely guy. (Apologies from me for taking so long to leave feedback). Thank you again Vlad.

We have had quite a bit of work on our property in the last few years and the final project was to be our bathroom with the focus around a beautiful copper bath which has been sitting in the spare room waiting to be installed for nearly a year. We needed a company that could deliver a very high standard of work at a competitive price. Top building were not only very fair and competitive but wonderfully detailed in their approach both in quoting and their workmanship which is second to none. Vladimir and team understood the project from day one – made a few trips before hand which built the relationship and made myself and my husband very comfortable with our decision to instruct Top Building. What I enjoyed most is that Vladimir made great suggestions and offered money saving advice. Nothing was too much trouble and I really felt the team got behind the project. The knowledge and expertise is of an exceptional level. We had a few odd jobs that needed to be done which the team (Evo and Dimitri) welcomed and efficiently completed. I very much appreciate the patience and flexibility shown by the team and Vladimir’s brilliant way of keeping us informed every step of the way. Bathroom was totally refurbished including new Walls, plastering, electrics, tiling and new boiler. It really has been a pleasure working with the team – I will most certainly be recommending them.

Very pleased with our choice. We initially got four quotes from different builders, most of them were terrible at communicating apart from Alfred. He was very easy to work with, responsive and very careful with our brand new house. His team was hard working, tidy and fast. They completely renovated our garden from removal of old decking and gravel to setting up new fences, levelling and turfing the ground. They also removed our old kitchen, partition wall and carpet, as well as did jobs like plastering, building a wall and set up lights and shelves. We’ll surely have him back soon to work on other jobs.

I recently had the carpets in my one bedroom Victorian flat replaced with laminate flooring in the living room and on the stairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Sajad completed the entire project in just three days and did an excellent job. It’s an old property with lots of tricky cuts and uneven dimensions, but he handled everything with precision and even trimmed down the doors to make sure the finish was perfect. The flooring looks amazing and has completely transformed the space. The only slightly time-consuming part was figuring out the right amount of materials to order, but Sajad was always quick to respond, sent me dimensions and gave me advice on where to buy from. He even offered to help me return the leftover materials for a refund. Overall, I would highly recommend him – he offers very reasonable prices, works efficiently, and delivers on time.
