Liiam did a very thorough and professional job inspecting the suspended timber floors at my property. He opened up the required areas carefully, explained his findings clearly, took photos/videos, and provided a detailed written report and quote. He was honest about what did and did not need doing, including confirming that the lounge/living room area inspected was satisfactory, while clearly identifying the issue in the dining room/rear reception floor. His updated quote was detailed, well structured, and transparent about the scope of works. Communication was excellent throughout, and he was responsive, helpful and professional.
