Very messy paint job, painted around objects like a clock instead of moving them, refused to fill in holes on the wall prior painting, needed constant reminders of the areas he’d be painting because he kept leaving parts undone, all rubbish was left on my front door and I’m still cleaning paint off my kitchen counters. I do not recommend!

I booked Shazaibs Flooring at very short notice to fit around 70m² of flooring throughout my new-build home. The price was very reasonable and the gentleman in the office was extremely helpful from the outset. The fitters arrived promptly, asked exactly what I wanted and got straight to work. I left them to it, asking only that they call me an hour before finishing, which they did. Unfortunately, I had measured incorrectly and was 9 packs short. This was Monday and I was moving in on Saturday! The fitters were brilliant and told me to contact the office as they were sure they could help. I called and within 30 minutes the office had contacted the supplier, sourced the extra flooring and called me back. The only fitting slot available was Saturday morning – moving day. My removals were arriving at 12, but they assured me they would have everything completed beforehand. They absolutely kept their word. I arrived with the removals team and the entire job was finished and looked perfec

This contractor is dishonest and his workmanship is poor. He offered a price to install 3 radiators, to which I agreed, he installed two, including, the replacement of a piece of copper pipe which is less than 0.5 meters, he then issued a bill for an extra £100 above the agreed contract, when I asked why the increase, even though only two radiators were installed, he claimed it was for materials, I actually checked the price of the material in person at a local supplier the said morning and was told, I could purchase 3 meters for £10.58, yet this contractor charged me £100 for less than 0.5 meters. Its been over two weeks now since he installed the radiators, and one of them is leaking, I now have to find another trades man to correct his work. I would never recommend this person, he's dishonest and provides poor work.

Absolutely fantastic work done today. He laid my wooden floor and fitted my skirting boards even finished off part of my floor with a trim I didn't ask for which made the floor look incredible. I'm so happy 😊 cleaned up after himself and very polite gentleman.
