Shahrad was able to commit to the job within a couple of days. I paid the quote price which was fair for the job. He worked quickly and was respectful of my home. The job was completed same day and he even supported a couple of additional small jobs on the day. Found solutions for some minor issues and completed a great job. Brandon was quick to offer his services, we agreed on a quote and date, but he cancelled right at the last minute. Like some of his other reviews, he used personal circumstances (an unwell son) so couldn’t make that date after all. Silly me gave him the benefit of the doubt; we agreed on another date… and you’ve guessed it… he didn’t turn up! He didn’t even bother to inform me. He just ignored my messages and phone calls. I should’ve known when he wasn’t reliable the first time, claiming he had to collect his son from school… It’s half term, schools are closed! Seriously what a total waste of time. I’m left wondering whether I should even use MyBuilder again- this guy shouldn’t even be allowed to offer his services on here. What an absolute disgrace.

Rich has been amazing. His communication before and during the job has been quick and thorough, and he has been helpful and knowledgeable when helping me order materials. Rich is punctual and works hard whilst on site. He has a wide knowledge base and can turn his hand to all the jobs that I've needed doing in my house renovation. Fitted the laminate very well and did a good job. Had issues with my door scratching the floor and the silicone not being laid properly by them but they came out of hours to fix it! Rob got back to me shortly after I had posted the job, he called out and gave me a quote. The quote was acceptable so we decided to go ahead with the job to be done the following week. Rob turned up at the time he had told us and got straight down to work. He completed the job on the same day to an excellent standard and left the room tidy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob.
