What practical training or hands-on experience do you have in floor fitting?

Many Portsmouth floor fitters complete apprenticeships or training courses such as NVQ Level 2 in Floorcovering Occupations. This involves on-site assessment and practical work covering carpet, vinyl, wood, or laminate flooring installations.

Can you share examples of previous floor fitting jobs you’ve done in Portsmouth?

Hearing about local work helps you understand a prospective Portsmouth floor fitter’s familiarity with different floor types and challenges common in the area, such as moisture control or uneven flooring. Take a look at their MyBuilder profile, as they may have images of their previous works on there.

Will you provide a clear, detailed quote for materials, labour, and any additional costs?
