He was in the neighbourhood when I posted the job, and he offered to come, view and quote the job. Arrived within 5mins. Said he was able to fit the bracket now. Cleaned up after himself. Was pleasant and friendly. Removed his shoes when he came in and was vigilant in not letting the cats out when he came in and out with his tools.

Sanding floor and then applying a pale gold stain and hard oil finish. Marshall worked hard to complete the job in two days and was apologetic about delays in starting. He kindly finished pulling up the last bits of carpet that had defeated me. The 1930s pine floor looks beautiful. Customers should be very clear about their budget and what exactly is/ is not included in the quote.

Came over on short notice which was great. Unfortunately I think he was very rushed and didn't complete the job to a high standard. The floor board he replaced flexed and creaked and upon inspecting it wasn't supported well enough. Nice guy, I reckon I caught him on an off day and sure he could've done better with more time

I can highly recommend Terry, he is a friendly, genuine guy. When I put the job on My Builder, he responded within about 1 hour. He gave me a quote, and explained what he was going to do, he also didn't seem bothered about our Conservatory, (which I thought was going to be a problem getting up to the guttering.)
