Didn’t return to finish the job, respond to calls or messages in response to finishing the job. Sadly wouldn’t hire Ovi & Mihai (O&C) again. Friendly & responsive initially. Worked well, on time, eager to please, did a good job - not perfect but adequate, average attention to detail but corrected when asked. We initially had a faux chimney put in, they touted for more work & provided alcove shelving/cabinet ideas which we subsequently hired them for. They worked intermittently (dad around for first half of job then left for Romania) as this was agreed as best for both parties. However they left the job incomplete once paid (were paid on time, each time, with no bargaining). Didn’t respond to texts or calls, leaving cabinet doors unfinished, large chips & cracks unfilled. Laminate was also poorly cut around hearth stone, left chimney cutout unfinished with no cement to the base. Lack of respect and wouldn’t hire again as cannot trust they won’t disappear. Note previous reviews.

Mahdi is fantastic!!!!!!! I hired Mahdi to do my flooring while other builders were in the house doing different jobs. Mahdi reported issues with their work to me, which resulted in me firing them and handing Mahdi the rest of the work as, at that point, I was exhausted. We agreed on what needed to be done and Mahdi did not disappoint! I highly recommend him and from now on, I’ll be using his service. I promise you will not be disappointed! He’s on time, does not look down on the client and provides valuable advice! Honestly, you won’t go wrong with him and his attention to detail is fantastic! Thank you soooo much Mahdi!!

The house needed lots of work doing and the new flooring was just one of the many jobs undertaken by Victor and carried out to a very high standard for us. He always paid attention to detail, ensured that the flooring was level and that the new skirting board fitted flush to the floorboards. He was also always able to provide a solution to any problems encountered during the renovation works. I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.
