Toshko and his team were incredibly efficient, punctual and orderly. I needed two floors laying, including a new skirting fitted and the old carpet removed. I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.

Luis is a great guy to deal with. He is a total professional and from the moment you meet him you know he is striving to deliver the best job possible. He offered great solutions to some of the issues that always come up when you are stripping out a room. His team is very professional and hardworking too. The finished product was excellent - my newly tiled bathroom looks fantastic thanks to Luis and I know I am not going to have problems in the future because of the care he took and the quality of materials he used. We hired Lee to build alcove cupboards, shelves, various boxing in & door trimming. We couldn't be happier, he takes real pride in his work and the finish he has given us is excellent. We didn't give good guidance on what type of cupboards we wanted but Lee worked with us to get a really nice style and finish. He gave lots of advice throughout the job and even on one or two other things in the home we're working on. He's very polite and tidy and just a very easy guy to have in your home. Given he only lives around the corner from us, I hope we'll be able to hire him again down the line.
