Turned up to fit 2 internal doors... apparently damaged both..but rather than communicate this...he simply got in his car and drove off never to be seen again! Left all the debris outside the house...tried to call him several times but he made himself unavailable...only later on he sent a msg through my builder to say "I fucked up your doors.. really sorry"...his whole attitude was cold and short...his approach to what happened was absolutely disgusting and unprofessional..who simply drives of a job?..it left myself and my 84 year old mother very upset and distraught...we were frantically trying to figure out what had happened and frantically trying to contact him...what happened was totally unacceptable and despite the refund for the doors no amount of refund can make up for the tears worry and confusion that he caused myself and my Mum that day. We did not deserve any of it. His actions turned what should have been a straightforward job into an extremely upsetting experience.

Hired to finish off a complete flat renovation - work mainly consisted of painting, some remedial repair work, light carpentry and a snagging list. Whilst Raj and his guy were great at light repairs, handyman and carpentry work (which is the only reason I’m even rating them with stars), their attention to detail and completion of the snagging list was very poor! Despite having discussions with me to rectify things after I showed him examples, the flat is now left with uneven paint edges, drip marks, uneven grouting, unpainted architraves and sloppy silicone work. Whilst they are good at some things, decorating is definitely not one of them, so it’s a shame and disappointing.

Easy to organise the job, very accommodating. Completed over 2 days, front room and passage area underlay, flooring and scotia beading. Some gaps in beading but as discussed with Muhammad, will be filled with suggested filler. Really happy with my new flooring and reasonably priced. I would definitely reuse his services.

We really liked Art when we met him and were so disappointed that things ended badly. The quality of the paint job was unprofessional in many places: sloppily applied paint, improper preparation, unfinished applications. He kept calling these snags, but the issue was ubiquitous. When I pointed out that he had just painted over nails and fabric on our stairs in places he blamed the material and told me I was welcome to try myself to do better. He became totally irate and told his subcontractor to down tools and leave when I confronted him on a simple painting issue. While he initially said he would include extra painting in the £10k charge he later claimed this was a favour to me and to do it myself. He left me frightened with his anger and mood swings and my partner had to fire him. We were really bummed it ended this way and I debated leaving any review but I feel it unfair to people not to warn them.

The initial quote communication was very detailed providing a clear indication of what was required and their quote. This level of information clearly indicated a high level of experience and knowledge.. I progressed with The job and I can honestly recommend them with five stars. They provided initial recommendations which I hadn’t considered which proved to be the best course of action. Dinitrri and kristoff were extremely punctual, clean tidy professionals provided lots of information ensuring we were kept up-to-date with details of the job and what would be expected and timelines. Gary did a fantastic job for us putting up a blind in the bedroom and curtain rail in our bathroom. He suggested a creative solution instead of cupboard doors in the bathroom which looks fantastic! We were so happy with the work we booked Gary again to put up a wardrobe system in the bedroom and to paint the walls and woodwork throughout the flat. Gary is very professional, great value and trustworthy. He did the work while we were away and even fed the cats for us! Highly recommended.
