I cannot recommend Dean highly enough - he did an excellent job refitting our bathroom - the work that he did is of a very high quality with an exceptional level of attention to detail. Dean stripped out the entire bathroom and replaced it with a new suite, blocked up a door, installed all the fittings, tiled and built a bespoke cabinet. His tiling, in particular, was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble, and his communication was top notch - he checked all decisions and made sure we were happy with his plans. He left the house clean and tidy at the end of each day. He was very transparent on pricing and dealt with a couple of extra requests as well. We'd recommend him to all of our friends. If only we had a second bathroom for him to do....

We hired will as he gave a competitive price and had good reviews. But when it came down to doing the job we had will booked for a certain date. That morning he texts to say he was running late and was leaving. Then abit later on said could he come tomorrow instead. We said yes as we wanted the job doing. Then that day he text and said can we rearrange for one day in the week... We then agread to a new date. The day before I messaged will to make sure he was still available for that day and he responded saying yes. That morning he then text to say he was running late could he make it later. We said yes but by now this was a annoying and very unprofessional. He did not turn up!! so I then messaged to say we no longer require his services. I think this is very unprofessional and wasting our time when we could of hired someone else who is willing to do the job.

Was happy with the service provided by Joseph. Everything run smoothly, very decent, helpful and pleasant person, hardworking, tidy, and the most reliable and punctual handyman ever! Made few errors with chipped laminate, alignment, trimming, and cutting the doors too short, yet he did his best to fix all the issues promptly. Do not assume things (as in my case), but explain from the beginning what exactly needs to be done, supervise, and he'll do a great job. I will hire him again and definitelly recommend!
