Great professional and reliable service from Easy Solution. Waqar called me ASAP and arranged to see my bathroom. He came within 1 hour to see the job and gave me an affordable and good quote. He was available to start work immediately. Waqar also suggested the colour of tiles that would suit the bathroom and made some very good recommendations on where i could purchase them at a decent price. My work was done to a high standards. Tiles are neatly put together with grout and they are looking amazing! I had some many relatives comment on them and i have recommended Waqar to them all as i was so satisfied with his service and professionalism in my property. I will be using him always in future. Avoid this plumber if you want an invoice for the work. I hired this plumber to fix a toilet leak, and was initially quoted £80. While here, he replaced a part and fixed a small kitchen leak, but the final bill jumped to £300. I paid via bank transfer after he promised to send an invoice for the parts and work immediately. It has now been two weeks, and despite contacting him 4-5 times, I still have not received the invoice or receipt for the work. Disappointing communication and a lack of transparency regarding pricing and paperwork. Would not recommend.

The whole team were courteous and respectful of the fact it was only a small space. They worked hard turning up on time and completing a full day everyday including bank holidays! I was kept informed all the way through the job and Cody checked in on progress with me when he couldn't be on site. They tidied up after themselves and finished the job in the time allocated.
