Sanding floor and then applying a pale gold stain and hard oil finish. Marshall worked hard to complete the job in two days and was apologetic about delays in starting. He kindly finished pulling up the last bits of carpet that had defeated me. The 1930s pine floor looks beautiful. Customers should be very clear about their budget and what exactly is/ is not included in the quote.

Arrived quickly and solved the problem I was having with the plumbing to my dishwasher and washing machine. A previous builder had not done the pluming correctly and it was causing problems with both appliances. They also fixed the drip from my tap in my bathroom when they were here. Very friendly and helpful. I had a really good experience with these builders.

Andy and his colleague Vadim laid a tiled hearth for me, laid a hard wood floor, hung a dado rail, fitted skirting board and architrave, and constructed a new door to the coal hole under the front steps. I could not be more pleased with the job they have done. The tiled hearth used individual mosaic tiles, and the dado rail makes some very tricky turns up the stairs. Andy and Vadim were were diligent and precise, and remained cheerful and polite throughout. Everything looks great, and they really put in the extra effort to make sure that I was happy with the finished product. I will definitely be asking them to come back to help with some of the remaining aspects of my house renovation - and I hope they will say yes!
