Mario was an absolute gem from start to finish. After a leak left our only bathroom out of action Mario came in and managed the full project to perfection (and also had a great tiler and electrician who did some other works). Six months on and I cannot fault any of the works. Highly recommended.

Phil of All Builds provided an exemplary service for my project which consisted of leveling all the upstairs floors at a house in SW London. Phil's approach was first class and he offered good solutions and practical advice on the best way to complete all the work. We recently had our flooring fitted by Alex and were very pleased with the overall quality of the work. Alex was reliable, professional, and completed the job to a high standard. The floor looks great and we’re happy with the end result. The only reason for not giving a perfect rating is that a little more attention could have been paid to some of the finishing details. While nothing major, a bit more care with the final touches would have made the job exceptional. We have already flagged with Alex and he advised us how to fix which was much appreciated. Overall, we’re very satisfied with the service and would happily recommend him to others looking for a skilled and trustworthy floor fitter. Having the remodeling of our kitchen modified the layout of the whole of first floor wit lots of aspects of the work not being well tought over and left uncompleted by the previous builder, we were in need of a master of precision and patience who could finish and rescue our kitchen. Adrian profile matched all the traits we were looking for and, after a first in-place inspection, the slow building trade period of the year helped in finding a slot in otherwise very busy Adrian's calendar. Adrian arrived punctual and magistrally fixed a big hole in our wooden floor in a very critical and visible area of it where a wall used to be, taking care of its seemless transition to the kitchen floor and remodelling a low partition on the side of the kitchen units that was above it. The job was simply perfect and it contributed to the final look of our floor in a proportion way bigger than its dimension respect the entire project. Adrian is communicative, patiente and he is able to listen and suggest solutions that are actually fully tought over in all their implications, rather than doing the quickest thing and leaving the customer to deal with the followup unforseen (or more often untold) consequences. The attention he put even on a small job like that is the clear trait of a top professional. He did the job living everything clean and tidy. Adrian proved to be a rare find who restored our trust in the trade and we hope to be able to hire him again in the future.

Highly recommend Kaylum, he ripped out the old sub-floor and fitted a new sub-floor along with new Engineered wood flooring in all of the bedrooms and hallway. We struggled to get anyone interested in our refurbishment project originally, Mark answered an ad for a small part of the job and ended up being able to take on the whole thing thankfully. Our project was to completely strip out a 1960's maisonette flat, install internal insulation which involved extensive battening of all the external walls, new plasterboarding & plastering finishes to walls and ceilings, tiling and a completely new bathroom and kitchen install. To complicate things further, as enthusiastic DIY-ers we wanted to do lots of works ourselves as well and few builders would have worked alongside novices as well as Mark did. He was always happy to give advice or take over works when we realised they were beyond our skills or time ;-) Our project was constantly evolving and challenging - as we discovered hidden rotting floor joists and the joys of 60's engineering - door lintels - who needs those?! Mark was always there to help us problem solve and get the job done professionally and to high standards and this was all done throughout the challenging last year of lockdowns etc. Without hesitation we'd recommend Mark and his team. He was always reliable, flexible as the project developed and had excellent attention to detail and we couldn't have completed our project without him. Thank you Mark!

My problem was my solid wood flooring was laid bad and bowed in the summer. I left it for a long time as i thought I would of had to buy new flooring, Roysol team did a fantastic job, relaying the whole floor as well as underlay and gap filling. I didn't need to buy any new panels. Alauddin was an excellent communicator and Saeed was a perfectionist, two key elements. I found them very knowledgable and experienced. As well punctual, they worked long hours to get the job done, the floor looked amazing, a lot better than I expected. Great value of money, I couldn't recommend them highly enough.

I was hesitating about leavening feedback for a long time, but in the end decided to do it. I hired Anton for the job and when he came round I unfortunately was very unwell running high fever, so wasn’t entirely with it. Anton didn’t fix the tap but simply found another way I could run water in the bath (which was already there). He charged me £400 for simply showing me how to open another tap. If I were well, there’s no way I would have paid him so much money. Another plumber came round since and fixed the problem for £180. All I can say I’ve felt de-frauded.
