Terrible work!!! First we agreed on a price, then they charged me more than we had agreed. They simply made holes in the carpet to fit the bed legs, and then they charged me extra to move the furniture. They also didn't put the carpet under the wardrobe, they cut the carpet around the wardrobe... In the room where I asked not to put an overlay, because there was no need for it, they only put the overlay on half, leaving the room completely uneven and unable to close the bedroom door. In the hallway where I asked them to put an overlay, they simply didn't put it on. But not for lack of it, because they left a roll of overlay on the balcony and they didn't fit the carpet on the walls.

Terrible Experience – Avoid at All Cost If I could give 0 stars I would. We had a horrible experience with Carpet Quick Carpet. They misquoted us despite confirming the price covered both sets of stairs. When we tried to cancel and match another quote, they refused to leave - we literally begged them to go. The workmanship is poor, and the carpet is extremely low quality. After just a month, it’s shedding heavily and peeling off. We spent 3 weeks trying to resolve the issue. They initially resisted, then promised to fix it - only to block us the day before they were due. They’ve also ignored our messages on MyBuilder despite reading them. See attached the shoddy work. We are contacting MyBuilder for support. If needed, we’re prepared to pursue action under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Do not use this company. Absolutely unprofessional and untrustworthy.

He was very flexible and worked extremely hard to get all the work done in the shortest time possible, but he did not compromise on quality.
