I am writing to leave feedback on the recent kitchen works carried out at my property, specifically the installation of a Harvey water softener, which unfortunately fell well short of an acceptable standard. The installation was carried out incorrectly, and as a direct result I was forced to arrange a call-out from a Harvey engineer to diagnose and resolve the faults, at a cost of £189 — an expense I should never have had to incur had the work been completed correctly in the first place. More seriously, the drinking water tap now connected to the softened water supply, making it unsuitable for drinking. This is not standard installation practice and left me without access to drinking water from the tap, forcing me to buy bottled water in the meantime — an entirely avoidable inconvenience. To make matters worse, despite repeated attempts via phone calls, messages, and emails, I have received no response whatsoever. This lack of communication has left me to manage the situation entirely.

Extremely happy with the work Daniel has recently completed in my property The new flooring in all the rooms is done with great detail and care. The paint work is of a very high finish and standard. The most important thing I could trust him 100%. I left the keys with him with no problems. It is very difficult to find a tradesman that doesn’t want to rip you off nowadays.
