I was pleased with the flooring, however after paying Ewan he told me he would have to come back and finish fixing the skirting and putting the door bar on. He said he didn't have a nail gun to fix the skirtings and that he had already put his tools away before realising the door bar hadn't been fitted. He said he would come back the following Thursday after 4pm ( this was Saturday afternoon ) he didn't arrive or text until the following day saying he was still waiting on a nail gun !? I did suspect he wouldn't be returning! We're sourcing this unfinished work ourselves now.

They were professional and managed to get rid of the creaks in the rooms and hallway in my home without causing any issues to the pipework or structure.
