Toshko and his team were incredibly efficient, punctual and orderly. I needed two floors laying, including a new skirting fitted and the old carpet removed. Very intealiable always something happening to delay him. Absolutely terrible cuts on the LVT broke my uovc trim on the doors was supposed to come back to complete on Sunday but he messaged at 2.27am to say that wasn’t happening due to “ingesting toxic fluids!” Don’t use this guy terrible work ethics whilst he was here was constantly in the phone left a gap in the flirting and never completed. Never heard from him again.

I would highly recommend these guys. They did a very high quality job decorating my lounge, dining room, hallway and stairs. They started the job on time, worked through the weekend to get the job finished in good time, left the place clean and tidy at the end of every day, and cleaned up immaculately at the end of the job. The price was also very competitive compared with other quotes I received. I hope they are available again in a few months time when I have more decorating that needs to be done.

Positively, certain aspects of the finishing, particularly tiling, were carried out to a good standard. However, the overall experience was mixed due to significant issues. There were notable challenges during the project involving basic logistics and site management, leading to considerable inconvenience that seemed avoidable. Furthermore, the quality of workmanship was inconsistent; while some parts were good, other areas involving fittings and fixtures showed a lack of attention to detail in the finish, requiring later adjustments. Communication during the process could also be difficult, particularly regarding problem-solving and planning for materials. While we appreciated the parts done well, the project was let down by these inconsistencies and process issues, leading to some ongoing snagging and disappointment.
