I am a hardworking Chinese multi-trade builder with many years’ experience in London home renovations. I specialise in flooring (levelling subfloors, laying damp-proof underlay and laminate/engineered boards with neat skirting). Timber work (level and insulated stud walls, plasterboard and smooth finishing), tiling and bathroom fitting (preparing walls and floors, waterproofing wet areas, laying tiles and grout). I also undertake plumbing for bathrooms and radiators, including pipe runs and fitting basins, toilets, showers and check valves, as well as general garden work such as paving and garden tidy-ups.
