From the start communication was excellent. Chad was polite, professional and covered all bases leading up to the fitting. He worked efficiently, completed the job to a high standard and the finish quality was excellent throughout. The new lino has massively improved the look of both bathrooms and the kitchen. Really pleased with the end result. Chad was also very reasonably priced and I would happily recommend and use him again in the future.

He truly showed professionalism that I had struggled as a guest house operator to get from handy people. He would go out of his way to satisfy. The finished redecorated room project was a masterpiece and took a little longer than planned because of the weather but he gave it his all! I am pleased I took a chance on him as there was no review on his profile when I hired him. I would however, pay attention to work and point out issues as they come up otherwise, you will have dirt and rubbish to content with as the workers leave all the mess after work.

I wish I took the negative comments more seriously before hiring Edi for my bathroom but he downplayed them very well, promised a great quality of job plus the pictures on his profile showed jobs properly done so I trusted him. What a mistake! I had exactly the same problems as described in the previous negative feedback. Basic errors with laying the tiles – not only uneven lines but also wrongly cut tiles that left plenty of gaps (he even covered one of the gaps between the wall and floor with a sealant!, others with too thick layers of adhesive or grout, which just look awful). He wasted many tiles unnecessarily too and wasn’t even able to apply the grout correctly; missing many tiles, creating lumps and failing to clean the grout from the tiles after application causing their discolouration! Not to mention plumbing problems – leak that gets fixed only for a couple of hours and then returns. The quality of job is of an amateur, not a professional. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be an option to attach images to the feedback - I have plenty of them so please contact me before thinking about working with this person. He promised to correct the errors but I'm still waiting for this to be done nearly three weeks after the job was apparently finished. He is also avoiding contact. I hope MyBuilder will take relevant steps. My advice is – spare yourself the unnecessary stress and wasted money and HIRE SOMEONE ELSE!

One word to define this 'company' COWBOY builders. Numerous issues one after another. Had to get 2nd/3rd opinion on their work to make sure I wasn't being fobbed off. Conducted loads of research which meant left being uneasy especially as a large chunk of payment was made after only 1 day of work when in fact payment was due end of completion. 1- Underestimating material costs 2- Slabs off the walkway coming loose within 2 months of being put down 3- Ignoring attempts of rectifying the flawed job 4- walkway was meant to be clear of grass and strictly shingles but grass/weed still appearing. 5- Forgot to state ground levels would be raised then creating a lie saying I had been told 6- denying and ignoring the obvious Wouldn't trust the reviews being left here and definitely wouldn't use or recommend them to anyone. Have decided to give up on trying to get them to fix their shoddy job and find someone else to fix their mess Correction - you was aware & agreed with mat delivery

Great professional and reliable service from Easy Solution. Waqar called me ASAP and arranged to see my bathroom. He came within 1 hour to see the job and gave me an affordable and good quote. He was available to start work immediately. Waqar also suggested the colour of tiles that would suit the bathroom and made some very good recommendations on where i could purchase them at a decent price. My work was done to a high standards. Tiles are neatly put together with grout and they are looking amazing! I had some many relatives comment on them and i have recommended Waqar to them all as i was so satisfied with his service and professionalism in my property. I will be using him always in future. Only one word to describe the Job QUALITY - Marius and his team were extremely professional throughout the whole process, he stuck to the job in hand and on one day I clocked that they worked for close to 11 hours. Marius, Adrian and their young helper work great together and I couldn't be happy with the outcome. They would have constant suggestions to make things better.He sourced good materials and was happy to pick up what was required and even delivered materials the day before the job started so that they wouldn't delay. I wouldn't hesitate recommending them and as I have been so impressed i'm having them back in a few days to hopefully carry out a little work for me. Chris Charalambous
