He fitted six brand new doors with brass hinges and rim-locks and did an amazing job considering all of my door frames are awkward sizes. I was nervous using My Builder again having a bad experience a few years ago but I cannot recommend Dean enough. He's been professional, upfront and transparent throughout. He was on time, completed the job and took his mess away. He also went above and beyond in going out to get new brackets for some doors I asked to be fitted so they'd have a better finish. Am booking him in to complete the rest of my floors. Finding someone trustworthy is half the battle and Dean is certainly that. Thank you.

Would not recommend this person. Was grumpy and disrespectful during communications to begin with. Laid floor incorrectly which resulted in the flooring lifting up and cracking as it expanded, and also left gaps where damp could get in. Have asked repeatedly for him to come and look at it and fix it, been fobbed off, ignored and after waiting for months in hope that he would come and do it, have now had to pay someone else to come and fix it. Would not recommend.
