Rachel did fantastic work for us. She came round and listened to what we wanted, gave advice, was happy for us to follow up with more details or changes to the original discussion and gave us a good idea of her expected delivery date. When she arrived to install the pieces (a wall-length floor to ceiling set of bookcases and some alcove cupboards with shelving above) she and her colleague got on with the job quickly and efficiently and left the rooms spotless. The actual pieces were exactly as we had wanted and look really excellent. I would recommend Rachel unreservedly as a first-rate Carpenter.
