Did a very good job on flooring and skirting boards. Gave good instructions on what he needed to complete the job in terms of materials. Was experienced with electrics as put up ceiling lights aswell. Had to be told to do cutting of floor boards outside, although once told he did try to keep things clean. Wallpaper was hung to a satisfactory standard but mastic was used and the pattern in places did not match. The cutting of paper was done by stanley knife. I would rate his services as a decorator as average, but building and electrics as very good.

I hired Shane to lay all the flooring in my new build 1 bedroom flat (which only had an existing rough concrete floor) and my partner and I wanted LVT flooring and carpet throughout. Shane was very thorough and explained the entire process of the work necessary beforehand which helpful and reassuring. Shane completed the work in 2 days and I am so pleased with the quality of the finished floor - and how good it looks . Shane throughout was professional and accommodating - he arrived on time and was happy to keep me updated throughout. I would definitely use Shane again and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking at installing flooring into their home.

Rumen arrived on time as promised. He was so efficient, removed the carpet and installed engineered wood in a bedroom. All the work was finished in the morning and he left the site super tidy.
